WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT UK TYRE LAW?
UK law requires that your vehicle is fitted with the correct type and size of tyre for the vehicle type you are driving and for the purpose it is being used. This means fitting the right tyres and for safety ensuring that they are inflated to the manufacturer's recommended pressure.
A regular check of your tyres can help you to avoid 3 penalty points and £2,500 in fines (per tyre) for having tyres worn beyond the legal minimum limit on your vehicle.
GREAT DEALS ON NEW EXHAUSTS
Your car’s exhaust system has several functions: to reduce engine noise, reduce pollution, improve performance, drive fuel economy and direct poisonous gases away from the car and the people inside. It’s important to ensure you keep your exhaust system in great condition as replacing it can be costly.
Your air conditioning system will need topping up after a while, so make sure that you're putting the very best products into your system to keep you cool and fresh on the roads. You should use an air conditioning refill every couple of years at least – although you can do it more regularly if you wish – to ensure that your system is ready when you need it most.
